Forms & Chains of Custody
It's important that PEL receives a chain of custody with all samples. These documents identify the location, transfer, and security of the sample we're receiving. It gives us the information needed from the time of collection to disposal. It also identifies who has had possession of the sample in the case of a mishap. We'll scan the chain of custody form and you will receive a copy of it with your results!
